OUR ITINERARY:
Day 1. Da Nang – Hue (D)
Upon arrival, welcomed by our tour guide danang tour and transfer to Hue (2.5 hours land transfer), on the way to stop for sightseeing the high mountain pass of Hai Van; Lang Co beach and the lagoon far below with Da Nang spread out.
Check in your hotel in Hue and have dinner at restaurant. After dinner you might opt for joining a Royal traditional music performance on Dragon boat sailing along the Perfume River (Hue royal music also recognized as Cultural World Heritage). Overnight in Hue.
Day 2. Hue – Thien Duong cave – Dong Hoi (B, L, D)
7.00AM depart from your hotel in Hue for Phong Nha National Park (Quang Binh). On the way, stop for sightseeing the Basilica of Our Lady of La Vang – a catholic church formerly built in the forest near Quang Tri up from the old DMZ, later, several buildings of La Vang were rebuilt and destroyed during the war. Have lunch in Dong Hoi city, and check in your hotel in Dong Hoi.
Continue to Paradise Cave (Thien Duong Cave) and begin to explore the glamour of Asia’s longest and largest dry cave. You travel on a buggy pass through dense forest for about 2km, then climb about 500 rocky steps, and you’re in.. Paradise. Begin your journey to explore the magical Heaven – the Eden on earth with special stalagmites, stalactites system with sparkling, mysterious beauty, out of human beings imagination.
Return to your hotel in Dong Hoi. Dinner and overnight in Dong Hoi city.
Day 3. Dong Hoi – Phong Nha Cave – Hue (B, L, D)
7.00AM Breakfast and check out your hotel. Depart to Phong Nha cave, take a boat trip along Son River to explore the Phong Nha Cave system. Among 300 caves and grotto in Phong Nha Ke Bang national park, only 20 have been surveyed. Notably, Phong Nha, is the most beautiful cave which holds several records for the highest and longest cave, the longest underground river, finest beaches inside and the most splendid stalagmites and stalactites. These amazing natural art works have been given beautiful names such as the “Lion”, the “Fairy Caves”, the “Royal Court”, and the “Buddha”.
Return to Hue, on the way stop to visit Hien Luong Bridge and Ben Hai River which became an important landmark in the partition of the country into a northern and a southern zone along the 17th parallel. Dinner and overnight in Hue.
Day 4. Hue – Da Nang (B, L, D)
Morning go on to visit the Imperial Citadel with the Flag Tower, Ngo Mon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, Forbidden Purple City (Tu Cam Thanh).. and drive to visit the tomb of Nguyen Emperors – Minh Mang tomb, in a tranquil setting of gardens and lakes and tomb of Khai Dinh, a blend of Western and Eastern architecture. Have lunch at a typical Garden House restaurant.
Afternoon, visit the final resting place of Vietnam longest reigning emperor, set among forested hills and lakes and Thien Mu pagoda. Then, get on a dragon boat to cruise the beautiful Perfume River back to the Hue town. On the way we can discover lovely views and splendid sunsets on the Perfume River. The boat will arrive at Toa Kham boat wharf around 4:30 PM, then, get on car to go to Da Nang.
Check in your hotel in Da Nang, dinner and overnight in Da Nang.
Day 5. Da Nang – Hoi An - Airport (B, L)
Depart from your hotel to Hoi An town and take a walking tour around visiting to the former merchants’ homes – Hoi An old town, Phuc Kien Communal House, Tan Ky ancient commercial house, Japanese covered Bridge, and Phung Hung Ancient Trading House. Visit one of the lantern making workshops and the colourful riverside market. You also see a numerous art galleries and tailor shops, get some made-to-order clothes if you like.Have lunch at restaurant.
In the afternoon , Go to airport and finish tours.
